"Pravada Sound Healing Workshop - Speaking With The Earth Through
Sound...Healing Together And Creating A Peaceful World "
Wellness Weekend in the WildAugust 29, 2008Wildlife Prairie State Park – Peoria IL

Presented by: Nina Spiro, MSW

Workshop Description: Pravada Sound Healing is an easy, joyful avenue for self-healing, specifically designed to re-awaken your inborn wisdom through your core vibrational system.   Your own vocal sound is one of the most powerful healing tools for releasing physical tension and pain, old emotional patterning, injuries, and illness.   As you arrive more fully in your body and become present in each moment, it is very easy to access your clearest self on a moment-to-moment basis.   Everything then begins to look, sound, and feel different, as you enter a deeply relaxed "altered state."    You easily return to your natural
state of balance, joy, health, and inner peace.   Shifting effortlessly into a heightened level of awareness, you experience yourself and all others with a new openness and vision.  This state of expanded awareness is who you truly are, and allows you to communicate easily with all beings who live in the human, natural and spirit worlds for friendship, support, and guidance.    We are, after all, a part of all worlds, as there is truly no separation.

Workshop Process: We will learn to release

our outer layers of stress, trauma, and physical

pain through vocal sound so that we can more

easily hear and follow our deepest inner wisdom

and clearly begin to see our soul's purpose.   We

will work with several forms of Pravada self -

healing in order to learn to listen deeply inside and

develop tools for heightened awareness that we

can use at home on an ongoing basis.   Once we

have arrived more fully in our bodies from

moment to moment and are listening to our own guidance,

we will begin to listen to other beings through sound.

We will learn to listen deeply

to each other with full spectrum vision, communicating

clearly on new levels through

sound, and often seeing each other's past lives

and spirit animals.  Speaking with our human companions through sound transforms communication into a glorious

dance, enriching

the quality of each relationship with clarity, ease, joy, playfulness, and grace.     We will then learn Pravada

Sound Bridging with the natural world, allowing us to

easily hear the sounds and teachings of living beings in nature, receiving healings and teachings as well as offering our support.   Speaking with the earth through sound offers lifelong friendships, ongoing healing, and endless guidance from many beings in the human, spirit, and natural worlds.    As your awareness heightens you

will begin to notice that we are truly living

in an amazing heaven on earth.
