2008 Licensed Motorcoach Tours Guidelines

*      Wildlife Prairie State Park members shall be admitted free of charge, provided that the group organizer provides the membership card (or a photocopy of the card) at the time of payment.

**     Free admission for the Tour Escort/Organizer applies to Licensed Motor Coach tours only!

To Qualify for Motorcoach Rates
 

·         Motor Coach Rates apply to groups of 25 or more PAYING visitors. (Children 3 & under, Park Members and Bus Drivers are not paying visitors.)

·         Reservations MUST be made at least two weeks prior to scheduled visit.

·         Tour Organizers must have a total count of all visitors broken down by age groups prior to arrival.

·         Motor coach operators (bus drivers) and 1 Tour Escort shall be admitted free of charge.

·         Tour Organizers MUST make one total payment for the entire group (admission and program fee).  Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are acceptable forms of payment.

·         Tour Organizers that wish to have a meal provided for their visitors will speak with the Sales & Catering Manager regarding all fees and payments for private meals. A signed contract and $100 deposit will be required to guarantee a reservation.  (If cancellations are not made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.)

Group rates are valid only during normal daytime operating hours and are not available during evening special events. Special rates cannot be combined with any other discounts.

If the above conditions are not met, General Admission rates will apply.  No Exceptions.
